Hannah is a certified Vinyasa Yoga and Mat Pilates teacher who’s classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced students alike. Her practice is light hearted but also challenging, focusing on movement and personal development through general flexibility and body-weight strength training.

Despite her energetic and playful style, Hannah is also well known for her calming voice and friendly instruction. She is passionate that Yoga and Pilates are not simply a kind of keep fit- she has felt their transformative effect on her inner wellbeing too. She always says that when she first started practicing she was concentrating so hard on not falling over that she had no time to worry about anything else! And over time that dedication to practice has left her with a better sense of balance, intuition and detachment from negativity (not to mention a healthier body!)

Hannah feels that our Pilates and Yoga practices are a journey without end, so she loves to keep moving forwards, having fun and observing the subtle changes that occur week by week; because, she says, there’s nothing like falling over again and again and then one day finding you don’t fall anymore!

For most of us life is busier than it’s ever been, and the mental load we carry as natural multi-taskers can really weigh us down. Which means making changes to your diet or lifestyle can feel utterly overwhelming, like you have a mountain to climb, and no idea where or how to begin.

As a business owner and mum of two energetic boys, Abi gets it. In fact she struggled with the same battle for years, before she learned the secrets she’s now sharing with clients across the world.
