Bridget grew up in Australia, on the East Coast near Byron Bay. At age 17, she made the big move to Europe working as a Classical Ballet Dancer. After six years of touring she is happy to call London her home, well, … home away from home. Bridget holds various qualifications including pilates, personal training, reformer, barre, pre & post natal strengthening, pilates for orthopaedic conditions, a diploma in nutrition & training for weight loss.

Bridget has a deep passion for fitness and wellbeing. Her dream is to inspire people from all walks of life, to fall in love with exercise and wellbeing. She wants people to feel incredible and most importantly, build self-confidence and happiness.

Samantha Hull

Samantha Hull

Sam has a background in dance and musical theatre performing in the West End and no1 U.K tours. Sam is a qualified Level 2 and level 3 fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has also got her Spinning qualification and Booty Barre qualification with Train Fitness.

Sam is Dance trained in RAD ballet, ISTD Tap and Jazz. She has been teaching Barre, Spin and Bootcamp for 5 years and working with children for 10 years. She loves teaching and making people smile and feel good about themselves!

Bianca Hansen

Bianca Hansen

Bianca is a professional dancer and has had 20+ years experience. She has performed all over the world and is now happy to bring her expertise to London and focus on fitness and wellbeing. Bianca trained with Stott Pilates and is a qualified and insured, Level 3 Mat-work Pilates Teacher.

She believes classes should be fun and challenging and that you should walk away feeling a sense of achievement after a good all round body work out.

Lexi Roup

Lexi Roup

Lexi is a young and energetic Pilates Mat instructor who was first drawn to Pilates to gain strength and to optimize professional Ballroom and Latin American dancing career. Falling in love with the discipline after her first class, she enrolled in a BASI instructors course as soon as she completed her A levels where her love and interest for Pilates continued to grow.

She has a special interest in nutrition and holds diplomas in both nutritional supplementation and clinical nutrition. Lexi is also in the process of studying Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy and feels that this added knowledge gives her classes a whole new depth as it allows her to combine all her passions to enhance everyone’s quality of life by improving their movement patterns.

Lexi puts a large emphasis creating a mindful practice to ensure safety and injury prevention throughout her classes. She describes her classes as deceptively simple, but lots of fun and sure to work every muscle in your body!

Maddy Cullen

Maddy’s passion for movement has developed from a lifelong interest in exercise as part of a healthy and active lifestyle. Over the last few years Maddy’s journey has evolved significantly. After personally experiencing the damaging effects of constant high
impact exercise, she made it her mission to bring mindful movement and low impact exercise to the forefront of any exercise regime.

Maddy is also a certified Mental Health First aider with a passion for holistic exercise. This passion led Maddy to attain qualifications teaching both Pilates and Barre Fitness, incorporating aspects of these into her classes so there really is something for

Maddy’s classes work on strengthening the smaller, stabilising muscles through slow controlled movements, over time creating a beautifully balanced body. Expect to sweat, shake but most importantly smile! You’ll work your body from head to toe – the kind way
– and leave feeling longer, leaner and stronger.

Abbie Biscoe

Abbie is a certified Vinyasa, Ashtanga and pre/postnatal yoga teacher.

Having been first introduced to yoga after graduating as a professional dancer, it became clear very quickly that yoga was a natural step for her to take. It became a way for her to strengthen and stretch as well as, amongst the daily stresses of life, allowed her to tune in to her body and mind without the judgment she was used to within dance.

Alongside teaching yoga, Abbie is a freelance Dance Artist for a number of companies including Rambert Dance Company and English National Ballet. She teaches a wide variety people, ranging from primary and secondary schools, to care homes and town halls. Abbie works with experienced students, and ones who are completely new, as well teaching Dance for Health and working with people with Dementia and Parkinson’s.

Abbie enjoys bringing the fluidity of dance to her yoga classes as well as a sense of fun and freedom!

Freya Field

Freya is a Pilates teacher and HIIT instructor, alongside her career as a professional dancer for the past decade. She has toured across the UK as well as internationally with Matthew Bourne’s dance company ‘New Adventures’, as well as performing in the West End in shows such as ‘Wicked’.

Freya trained with Body Control Pilates as a Level 3 Matwork instructor and is also pre and postnatal qualified through them.

Her aim is to create a positive, non judgmental environment where you can invest in your mind and body, leaving a class feeling more energised than when you first rolled out your mat!

Emily Russell

Clinically informed Pilates with specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Emily Russell BSc MCSP HCPC.

Emily studied Pilates with the APPI in 2011 after recommending core exercises to so many of her Physiotherapy clients. She treats a wide range of individuals & is currently advancing her practice with the POGP to additionally specialise in pelvic health. Emily is the founder of Sussex Physiotherapy, set up in 2017 after working at a number of prestigious NHS trusts in London & Sussex. She is a mum of three young boys & also teaches Pilates for children in local Sussex schools.

Emily’s classes are varied, challenging & clear individual modifications are given where required.

Hannah Hopkin

Hannah Hopkin

Hannah is a certified Vinyasa Yoga and Mat Pilates teacher who’s classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced students alike. Her practice is light hearted but also challenging, focusing on movement and personal development through general flexibility and body-weight strength training.

Despite her energetic and playful style, Hannah is also well known for her calming voice and friendly instruction. She is passionate that Yoga and Pilates are not simply a kind of keep fit- she has felt their transformative effect on her inner wellbeing too. She always says that when she first started practicing she was concentrating so hard on not falling over that she had no time to worry about anything else! And over time that dedication to practice has left her with a better sense of balance, intuition and detachment from negativity (not to mention a healthier body!)

Hannah feels that our Pilates and Yoga practices are a journey without end, so she loves to keep moving forwards, having fun and observing the subtle changes that occur week by week; because, she says, there’s nothing like falling over again and again and then one day finding you don’t fall anymore!

Through collaboration, she provides highly bespoke care and have an evidence-based approach to diagnosis and treatment. She enjoys using her expertise to support people of all ages, with a particular focus on women; from pre-pregnancy to menopause and beyond.

She has worked at London’s leading teaching hospitals, including King’s College, Imperial College and St. George’s, as well as the prestigious Lindo Wing and Portland Hospital.

Her core practice centres on treating clients in their own homes. Additionally, she practices from three London clinics: Complete Physio in Chelsea and London Bridge and on Devonshire Place.

Dr Natalie Bodart, has a passion for working with clients to face the tough stuff and get the results that they truly want and deserve.

She is a big believer in reducing the stigma around mental health and so pleased that mental health is firmly on the Katies Pilates agenda.

Natalie has worked in the NHS, with corporate clients such as Google and Morgan Stanley, as well as privately in her own practice and with The Priory Hospital, North London.

Ed Thompson - Physiotherapist

Ed helps people who are fed up of ongoing aches and pains get back to being active and living free from the frustration of injury. Ed’s background is in football, tennis and squash. He specialises in the treatment of back pain, knee pain and neck & shoulder pain. With people working from home and changing their exercise routines he has seen a big rise in back and postural problems. If you would like to get in touch he would love to help.

Trained at the London School of Reflexology, Jeanette is a qualified Reflexologist and member of the Association of Reflexologists.

With a background in the financial services sector, and subsequently working in the relocation industry assisting people making international moves, Jeanette is acutely aware of the effects of stress on day-to-day life, and people’s overall health and well-being. Through the experiences of friends and family members Jeanette has also witnessed the benefits of holistic lifestyle improvements and complementary therapies, which led to her interest in reflexology and decision to re-train.

Jeanette offers bespoke reflexology treatments tailored to individual needs, aiming to promote relaxation and calm, whilst assisting clients in achieving a more balanced and healthy life. Treatments may be booked on a one-off basis, or for optimal results she can offer a course of treatments at a preferential rate.
