Dynamic Pilates 60min
Every Katies Pilates video is multi-level. We start with a warm up, move into dynamic Pilates, finishing with a cool down. Together we grow strong mentally & physically. If you find an exercise difficult, don’t give up. Modify to suit your level. Pilates can be taken at a pace to suit YOU. So give yourself the time to build up, practice and ENJOY.
