With Coaching techniques at its core, RESET is a 6 week Programme that will help you embed daily Nutrition and Pilates practices into your crazy busy lives, in a manageable way. Yes it is possible! In fact RESET has been structured to ensure you create healthy habits that actually stick.

What we’re perhaps most excited about, is giving you the opportunity to take a breath, and stop to think about how to lead a healthier life, so you can really become the best version of yourself.

As a small group Programme, not only will you get personal guidance from Katie and Abi, you’ll also benefit hugely from the support of each other – both in person and via the Whatsapp group. And if you’ve ever been part of a group Programme before, you’ll know that the power of this alone is worth the investment.

Over the course of this 6 week mind and body programme, you will learn Pilates techniques that will help you:
