The crucial feature of Pilates, in comparison with some other exercise techniques, is that it focuses on how you perform an exercise and carry yourself in daily life. Nothing beats Pilates in its purest form. It’s simply the best workout for the core.
This package assesses how your posture, pelvic floor muscles and stomach muscles are recovering post birth. This will include 6 Postnatal Pilates classes (on dates that suit you) where you will learn safe core exercises to help your recovery during your return to exercise.
Conditions we treat include, but are not limited to:
PREGNANCY AND POST-NATAL: Pelvic floor muscle weakness and dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, pubic symphysis, lumbar-pelvic, sacroliliac and coccyx pain, separation of the abdominal muscles (Diastasis Recti), perineal tear or episiotomy, post caesarean surgery and traumatic delivery.
